Position: Approx. 12 December 2018 until end March 2019
Location: Echo Hotel, Hakuba, Japan

Description: Running the kitchen for hotel that sleeps up to 50 guests - breakfasts, preparation of light bar meals plus staff meals
Hours: 5 days a week – 6.30am – 1.30pm approximately 40 hrs a weeks and hours flexible after breakfast.
Requirements: Will require a Japanese holiday working permit (or possible sponsorship depending on experience)
International Drivers License
Remuneration: Competitive salary plus private room and toilet, breakfast/dinner meals and bonus
