The Traumerei can best be described as the owner, Nishino sans greatest passion. He says the restaurant is his highest priority and this writer can honestly say the French cuisine served therein is the best food experience available in Hakuba. Traumerei was voted as having the No.1 French Dinner in "Jaran" East Japan. 

The hotel does not escape his attention either and exudes a quiet atmosphere of class. If you're looking to impress or somewhere for that special occasion, Traumerei is the place.
